Cafe Racer from a Jialing, How do i Get one?

Hey,

New to the forum and to chinese bikes, found a jialing bike on craigslist recently and wanted to pick it up to cafe it. It was a cool cheap fun little bike unfortunatly it was in too bad a state to buy. I want a new one but for the life of me i cant figure out how you go about ordering one of these chinese bikes??? PLEASE HELP!!

I am looking for the np50 but really any bike between 100-200cc, can you buy them new in the us or is it strctly craigslist? Cus the people on craigs had to of gotten them somewhere? Thanks so much for your help!
