Looking for a 75hp 4 stroke engine , TWIN

Hello,

For a project I'm looking for a TWIN engine (ideal is flat , but VTwin is ok) , 4 stroke , that can give 75hp max ..
So far the closest I found is this one .. http://www.aliexpress.com/store/prod...754840901.html

But I'm sure I skipped a lot a models!

I think Chery engines might fit this description; Renli uses those in their off road buggies.

thanks for this contribution .. but unfortunatly they are 3 and 4 cylinders and ratio power/displacement is not great

Displacement ：1083cc （812cc）　　　　
Standard Power ：50KW/6000rpm（37KW/6000rpm）
this engine needs also to be reasonable weight (that why max 2 cylinders ... mono may be good is efficient balance shaft but has to be >800cc to reach a good power(what do you think of CVT700 : 36kw http://www.alibaba.com/product-detai...463450163.html )

Odes 800 is so far the one that almost matches ... (but need 10hp more...)

one I also found a 2 cyl inline but lost reference ...

Not familiar with the engine above; I forgot to mention, similar to Odes ( or might be the same manufacturer since that is how they seem to do it in China) is HiSun. They, too, have an 800cc, but it might come up short in your search for desired hp as well?

true. looking at this (HiSun800) , it's very likely the same engine ..

I noticed that VTwin seems to be heavier for the power , but better specific fuel consumption. At least that is what is claimed... (350g/kwh for inline twin , 280 for VTwin)

Scrowdilos I'm familiar with the CFMOTO 650cc 52KW engine shown a few pictures above. Nice engine and very decent torque, not sure about the weight, but I suspect it's similar to other engines of its type.

that one is probably the best starting point. I want to reuse all components except crankcase ,that I have to redesign for my use (no gearbox , new provision etc)
I wonder if it's doable as 2 parts for sand cast .. and the cost it can be (assuming I have the 3D solidworks model of my crankcase)
Is there a balance shaft in this model? by chance do you have a clear exploded view or pictures of dismantled one?
