luckily for me it was not a matter of street fight and chasing for revenge.................the idiot was just a middle aged man driving a Lexus, not a killer
nevertheless i was very lucky cause my daughter was sitting behind me and she remained unharmed (bike tilted forward on the sudden braking and she fell right over my 88 kgs)
so at the end i can just complain on my physical damages and thank God
my lawyer and my doctors will take care of the refund battle in court, i'll be busy trying to move my right shoulder again
obviously everyone around me wants me to stop riding forever and sell the bike..................i'll think about that when both me and the bike will be in good shape again

09-03-2017, 06:05 PMAh, fu..k it! Don't think about it too much. We've all been there - I've been through an operation and 6-month knee rehab, but I still ride. And it was all my fault. After all, it was during an enduro run, and the stupid three didn't make any turn to hit me

thanx everyone for your support...........i guess it's too early to make plans about what i will be able to do or not when I recover........surely i'll have to be careful about this shoulder but i wanna think about it when it will function again............it will take months and i have to take it as easy as possible otherwise i'd go crazy
selling the bike..............don't think so
