As some people have added their bikes on here, I decided maybe I should too!

CFMoto 650nk 2011, bought this bike second hand and it must have been taken a part at some point as frame was painted red afterwards

Bike started then its new life with me when it was driven just bellow 4000km and in black color, but I felted it was little boring color..
    600_3481.jpg
So decided to paint tank and few other parts to white.
    600_3826.jpg
But this was not enough so.. fire up the photoshop... custom vinyls

Bike works great and feels solid most of the time, I must say that people here don’t like the bike so much as it is Chinese, but then again in Vietnam some people are really anti-Chinese and you don’t get much respect with Chinese bike.

I had change to sit on 2009 kawasaki ER6 and I must say that if 650nk would feel same I would have chosen something else, as ER6 tank felt too narrow and small and handlebars where way too narrow compared to 650nk original handlebars.

I would give minus from short stand, one reason why I one time tipped it over,
Second was that I thought I kicked it out.. :/ and once I figured it out it was too late.. my excuse was really bad back and this situation really did not helped it at all.. had to even ask help to get it back up.

    Few Problems along the way:
    Few,
    1. Leaking left front fork, but managed to sort that with home made sealmate.
    2. Radiator leak, twice! as first fix was really bad!
    3. Water in the tank, this was because tank breather hose and drain hose where
mixed up so after wash water could not escape from tank gap.
    4. Bad jerks at 2800-3000rpm range, tracked problem to the airleak in throttle
    body connection.
    5. ODO reset itself around 7000km!
    6. After powercommander EFI error flash ignition coil error (False positive as
everything works still great, ECU dislike the Powercommander.)
    7. Had loose triple tree stem nut and it did cause small indentation to ball bearing
cup, what had to be rotated and tighten again.
Still have little wobble if letting goes handlebar at speeds.
Will fix this in month or so, as I will be heading to Thailand, quick pop in to
Kawasaki Thailand service center and buy new bearings and cups.
    8. Fuel sensor stopped working <- April 2014
    9. Ball bearing that supports clutch pin was seized resulting Clutch actuator wearing (mechanic error, not bikes)

    Some small modifications:
    1. Nitron rear shock. http://www.nitron.co.uk/
    2. Hydraulic clutch conversation.
    3. Brake and clutch master cylinders.
    4. Rizoma MA010 conical handlebar and risers.
    5. Rizoma Fluid tanks “Next”
    6. K&N Pod filters.
    7. Xenon lights and projectors.
    8. DIY Tail tidy.
    9. Iridium plugs, if you can even count that to the modifications ;)
    10. Ram mount EZ ON OFF X-Grip Phone holder RAP-274-1-UN7.
    11. Vinyl graphics
    12. Stebel Nautilus horn.
    13. Fake Rizoma Lux grips.
    14. Handlebar end mirrors same as Rizoma Spy-R 80 Black
    15. Powercommander V 17-030 model (Kawasaki er6 model)
    16. Twobrothers replica slip on. Died on April 2014 (Carbon fail)
    17. EBC Clutch kit EBC-SRK102)
    18. Yoshimura slip on April 1014 ->

Did try smaller front sprocket too, but as it did drop -2 what was great in the city traffic at the highway it was not so great. After month or so I went back to stock gearing, but then again In Vietnam, I don’t do much highway driving anyway

Still coming USB plug, I have the plug, but my mounting bracket has not come yet.

    Stebel Nautilus horn
Horn modification can be found here, As you will need to take horn apart to mount it. (http://myplace.frontier.com/~rod_bar...ebel_horn.html)
Compressor is under the backseat and horn part is under the left side cowling.

    Hydraulic clutch modification.

I ordered my slave cylinder from http://www.venhill.co.uk/
Frando 11NB-3-14 slave, I was thinking to go Magura but as their slave cylinder is with 8mm banjo I would have needed to buy that too. So Frando it was.
Also you need new clutch master cylinder, I did not want to buy Brembo, EVEN if I know they are really good! But so is their asking prices!! So local shop had pair of Chinese ones..

Interesting mods, and experiences. Curious to follow along with your hydraulic clutch conversion since the cable on the TR isn't so confidence inspiring. Both myself and Prince666 had clutch cables snap down at the lowest connection around tne same mileage.

So I might have another problem on my bike, it seems that maybe?! my crank position sensor could be broken or at least not working properly.. as it measured in Ohm scale only 300 ohm and the norm should be 376-564 ohm so it is pretty weak. (this is based information of Kawasaki er6 as this information was left out on CF650 repair manual)

    So got clutch failure!

Not because my hydraulic clutch modification, but because I also changed EBC clutch plates that same time.

Let me explain little.. As these Vietnamese workshops are not clean and they really don't look(care) if some crap goes to the parts, this can cause problems... And what do you know! it did!!

Some "sand" went to the clutch bearing what is in the middle of clutch and holds clutch push rod (46102)
so the end result was that bearing got stuck, and did not rotate freely anymore.
Causing push rod to spin, what then lead to worn out Clutch actuator (13102)

While this is easy fix by just replacing parts, it can prove difficult when the parts are not available

So I ended welding it back to shape, and grinding excess material away.

Now after replacing the ball bearing with brand new (SKF 6001) it works like new again.

Hoping this fix will last until next week as then Im heading to Thailand and can go to the Kawasaki to ask for new parts.

    photo 1.jpg
Local welding glasses.. needless to say they were pretty much useless.. :/

Not pretty but considering machinery and person doing it is perfect

Red cirles indicate where the part was worn out.

Ou yeah my Two Brother replica said that it had enough!

    IMG_3035.jpg
    Carbon part failed!
I got it fix one time after this, but it failed again even it had new holes and rivets in different place!

So I got rid of that one and got my self second hand Yoshimura.. and I must say!!

I'm loving it! (sorry McDonalds..) the sounds are so much better now, mostly what I hated in the TwoBrother was its metallic sound right after the idle speed. now im thinking i could ride sometimes without music ;)

Here is phone mount what I use RAM EZ-ON/OFF™ Bicycle Mount with Universal X-Grip® Phone Holder

It is connected by Zip ties, but it holds up very nice speeds up to 170km/h and more im sure but that was highest speed what I could test it.
