i have just started the journey on rebuilding my adrenaline, i have a gs125 engine here for it and lots of other new add ons, i have only sprayed the frame so far as i need to get hold of a better swinging arm this week, i am hoping to have this project done within 2-3 weeks and am hoping you guys will be able to help me get it running again!

so i wire brushed the frame and gave it a good coat of jenolite

after a few coats of red oxide primer and a bit of flourescent green paint

finished of with a few more layers of flourescent green and 2k laquer

its currently curing by radiator in my living room, going to service the gs125 engine and paint it matt black while i wait for new swinging arm to arrive in post!

need to scrub the paint off my floor now in garden, should of used newspaper but as my name suggests i am impulsive :D

I love the color, it will look great once it's all put back together.

What do you need advice on exactly?
Sinnis Max II (QM125-2V), K157FMI engine (technically a K162FMJ now), 115 main jet, 40 pilot jet, cone air filter, 150cc big bore kit, 17 tooth front sprocket, 30mm carburettor, alarm with remote start, HID spotlights, performance CDI.

Sorry but I don't understand. What's an F4 engine? Are you trying to use a 3rd party CDI with your bike or something?

an f4 engine is the original suzuki gs125 engine from which the adrenaline was cloned from

I think the origional Pulse Adrenaline CDI should work with it without any wiring mods.

It's a thread about rebuilding a GS125, rather than trying to trying to understand the Google translation just ask your questions here.

The diagrams are pinouts for the CDI just in case if the connectors on the wiring loom and the don't match.

If it's as stock Jap (ie. "30mm" rotor ).

Adrenaline cdi won't works perfectly. Jump wire is for test ONLY.
The proper one is like these http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=20126606124
