just taking the engine apart now what you think of clutch look ok?

also removed the oil filter got new one here


and when i removed oil nut plug on bottom a nut and spring fell out also? will be taking other side off soon enough now!

That spring was behind the oil filter, you removed the nut for the oil screen there is no spring there. There is another plug to drain the oil its not center, that center bolt is for the oil screen. Either one will let the oil out.

nope was not oil screen nut, was the drain nut just off from there for the clutch side of bike i think

been spraying the tank

sprayed a few coats of 2k lacquer over the new swinging arm i bought :)

got the 2 heads off the engine almost identical, can I use the one from my pulse that doesn't have a speedo drive on the Suzuki engine?

also not using pulse head, just using rocker cover from pulse as the Suzuki rocker has a speedo drive built in but it is quite mangled on the outside and am worried it may leak water in to the engine

The risk of this mod is low if the measurement isn't too far away btw 2.
