I have a question from Germany: In 2016, the emission regulations in Europe are drastically tightened for all new bikes. All motorcycles must be equipped with anti-lock systems for the brake system. In addition, standardized diagnostic connectors for every bike are required. Is the Chinese motorcycle industry adjusted to these changes? Or does the European market not matter?

The Chinese government usually copies European legislation for China so that it gets the local motorcycle and car industry ready for changes. All current bikes meet Euro standards, sure this will continue.

In terms of the ABS requirements some manufacturers e.g. Qianjiang/Benelli are manufacturing bikes to two sets of specs, one for the local market and the other for the international markets, where such bikes in partial assembly or CKD kits are shipped off abroad to the company factories located overseas, where the bikes are assembled, and fitted with other higher quality components (brakes, suspension) and especially ABS systems which are integrated into the overseas models. Meanwhile, the other model is made within PRC for domestic sales and exported to other destinations where high specs are not required. This is not the same for all manufacturers though, so these companies are likely to reverse engineer themselves into those other markets where legislative changes are coming. Then again some local companies are so short sighted and focused on short term rewards/gains. Comes back to the Chinese proverb concerning a man reaching the first pot of gold being the winner...

Is there a list somewhere on all motorcycles, which are produced in China, that have a current EC type-approval and COC Certificate for 2015 and further?

The informations offered from alibaba do not allow assessment of whether the motorcycle would get a legal street-liscence in Germany.
