Pretty much all the weather sites I've found in China use an icon-based approach to reporting the weather - as in, on Tuesday it's going to be a little cloud with two rain drops and on Wednesday it's going to be a little cloud with three raindrops!

Wanting to find something a bit more useful, I've been looking for weather radars, and just came across this site:

The radar coverage is a bit patchwork - but it's pretty complete for eastern China.

Here's a broader precipitation forecast - I think it's the same data that weather.cn uses (an probably the source of their little graphics):
