shift to desired gear,

increase throttle to continue riding.

That is the only way I know how to explain it.If it is having problems changing gears,the auto clutch may need to be adjusted.

There will be a screw with a locknut under a plug or cover on the engine. There are some good youtube videos on doing this adjustment. I've only owned one bike with an auto-clutch, and that was when I was 8 years old (currently 61).

Same here.Honda ATC70 and a Z50.Both were auto clutches.

Our two Suzuki 250cc ATVs have the auto clutch along with the 110cc monkey rig. They seem just fine to me.

Yes, same as manual clutch horizontal that I have.

But, there is some space for tuning. There are weights on the clutch basket, four clusters with seven weights each.

By removing one or two from each cluster, clutch engaging/disengaging happens at higher revs.

Just over 1,000 miles or KMs. Not sure which. I wanna sell the red Z50 clone since it is small for me and I don't really ride it much.
Nothing wrong with it. Actually all my China bikes have been good, knock on wood. And all are pretty much as uncrated. The CT70 clone is big enough and has enough power for here in the mountains of Western North Carolina where the speed limits are low.

Like was mentioned in the DT250RTB thread, wrong bikes if you wanna go fast. No sense trying to hop them up.

What is the size of the z50 clone? I was wondering if you can take a photo of it next to the 110 sidehack for proportion sake? The photo above makes it look like I could put it in my pants pocket, but I know it is slightly larger than that!

The Z50 clone is is 125cc. I will take one for size comparison. It should be the same size frame as the 110 hack as they are both Z50 clones.
