08-30-2014, 06:49 PMSo basically I have bought this bike and I've managed to buckle the back wheel I'm looking for a new back wheel but there are no longer any parts available to buy. So I'm wondering what is the style based on so I could buy the Japanese part, if it is Japanese.
thank you!

The GY bikes were, and still are, produced in masses. There are several 'brands' who manufacture them, but many, if not most, are all interchangeable with each other. You should be able to find bikes that people are parting out near you, but another alternative is to use a company which is kind of like the ebay of china--Taobao. There are a few steps to order parts and such, but, I have never used it, but guaranteed, several people here can walk you through how to find and order parts (the site is in Chinese)

09-10-2014, 05:19 PMI'm in the UK, I tried to fix the wheel by hammering it, yes I know that was a bad idea I was just desperate. So now the whole wheel is basically broken, thanks to culcune I've found a website that does sell the wheel, china-parts.co.uk the only thing wrong is that it is almost £100
