    Hi there, my pulse adrenaline is drinking about a cup full of water a week is this a serious problem, no smoke or misfire?,

    sounds like rings? you need to do a compression test , that's the best i can come up with mate

    Weight & type ? 15W40 is recommend by maker, some bike don't like fully synthetic.

    A cup full of oil per week is a lot of oil, considering most 125 engines take around a quart of oil when full. If you are sure there is no smoke or other signs of oil burning, have you checked the entire bike for leaks? Check around the seals and gaskets, then check for cracks. I would still recommend a compression test to be sure your rings are fine. The oil can't just be disappearing, so we just need to look in the right place.
