Hi all I have a lexmoto xtrs just wondering about some things.

    Where is the idle screw?

Is there just one bolt for sump at bottom of engine to drain oil out from ?

The idle screw is generally on the right hand side of the carb.

I think there is just one largish bolt on the bottom of the engine to drain the oil.

I highly recommend that you buy the Haynes manual for Chinese 125s, it contains information on just about everything to do with servicing and repairing your bike.
