This is a photo (below) of the previous CFMoto police 650cc model, the CF650J which the 650TR/TK was/is based off. The MSRP for the 650J is CNY87,400.

Likely then that the 650G will provide a platform for a civilian version 650 with all the additional extras e.g. ABS, electronic adjustable screen etc. not seen on the current 650TR/TK.

No word on the 650MT (aka 650AK)...

Update: Spoke with Samantha, CFMoto Marketing Manager, who advised that the 650MT (650AK) had to be shelved to make way for the 650G project. Plans are for the 650MT/650AK to be released now toward the end of 2015 in PRC with release to global markets sometime thereafter. Furthermore, the 650G will also be released as a civilian touring model in 2015, with the 650TR being retained within the CFMoto line-up and not replacing it as I'd have thought.
CFMoto are also working with Gerald Kiska (Kiska Designs which is the design agency for KTM) on a 250-300cc comparable development/design motorcycle though it's unlikely to appear until 2017 model year.
In summary, 2015 will see CFMoto the 650TR released with ABS, release of civilian version of 650G, and finally release of the 650MT/650AK.

Update: CFMoto Marketing Director advises that 650MT ETA is delayed until mid 2016, due to quality improvement - "continuous development on [implementing] higher quality."
