Surprised?? No....What kind of results do you get on your GS with your riding style? I saw some of your style last year as you departed the local "rest stop" and figured you were having a blast with much more fun than any steroids could ever
    give you!

Don't make me feel ashamed.... The GS never had exceeded a max consumption of 5.6L/ 100km on mixed road condition.

Only on speeding 200+ kmph on a absolutely empty, for far distance clear visibility and straight expressway the remaining distance counter starts dropping like a space shuttle countdown 😁

They limit throttle twist, reduce air intake flow with a plastic cap, have a device installed to avoid gas fumigation(??? For whatever) and the O2 sensor.
As I learned the sensor is not really a performance killer but part of the data input for calculation optimizing gas injection. I will put that in again.

Thank you for your reply I will have a look at my bike I did think that the throttle twist was short. The bike does feel restrictive I will have a look at the air filter as well. I have just ordered the single arrow exhaust so I hope I will see a difference in response and performance.

Good evening I looked at my bike today and on the plastic air filter holder did you take the plate off which was held on with the three torx screws?
I also looked at the throttle assembly under the tank and can see that there is a plate which does stop the throttle so I have now removed it.
    Thank you

As I remember I took off a big plastic cap and a related plastic ring with size of the cap ....

How does your bike run now?

My one wheelies on swift throttle turn easily.

But as the bike is with just 150km until now, I do not exceed the rpm by 6000.

Just read in a German forum that it can rev up to 10k ✌

OK, I am not what one calls passive rider, but...
I will do 2 more refilling rounds in this condition and then re install the O2 sensor and see what's happen then.
Just read it would reduce power by about 5% but also optimize fuel consumption.
    Let's find out

You can get a bigger tank from here.http://www.safaritanks.com.au/home/s...50-310-450-510 from memory there were companies making a rack that went over the rear mudgauard as well.
