Hi, I'm new so I'd like to extend a big hello to everyone.
I have a 2009 Saga Cruise 250 cc scooter that I have a problem with.
I took out the battery for winter maintenance and upon replacing this
week found no power to the scooter. The battery is fine and thought
maybe fuses/wires are to blame as scooter was running fine when
    shut down for winter.
I looked in all the obvious places for fuses/box but can't seem to locate
them. I would appreciate any help with this?
    Thanks, Kwan

    G'Day Kwan,

Not familiar with the specific make/models scoot.
Just a couple of simple things to check just in case...
Are you sure the battery is still good? Maybe worth load testing it to see that it has the necessary charge to get the starter motor turning over.
How about the starter solenoid, if you can locate it, and can reach it, give it a few taps with a small hammer.
Check that the side stand is retracted in the 'up' position. Many scooters will not start if side stand is 'down'.
Do you need to pull in a brake lever when pressing the starter button, easy to overlook sometimes?
Have you checked to make sure that the engine cut-off STOP switch is in the correct position?
I know all simple things, but easy to sometimes overlook.
You would not be the first to be stumped by simple oversights LOL... don't ask me how I know.

Goog.le search Not sure if these are helpful

MCM has a search engine... near top RHS of each web-page. Sometimes using Goog.le search engine works better and simply add 'mychinamoto' to your search criteria.

Hi "Bikerdoc", thanks for responding. Yes the battery is fine, it's not that I can't get the motor to turn over but that I
have no power delivered to the scooter at all. Hence the search for a fuse(s) that doesn't seem to in the usual places.
Maybe it's hidden behind a bracket or something.
    Thanks, Kwan

I looked at my scooter on the weekend and still couldn't find any evidence of fuses.
Short of dismantling side panels, etc. I couldn't see anything resembling the glass
fuse holder that is supposed to be present. I followed the red positive cable to a relay
and then another red cable over to I believe the starter motor but nothing resembling a fuse.
I am totally stumped as to where the fuses would be and can't believe that the fuses would be
that well hidden and hard to get at. Am I missing the trees for the forest?
    Help!!!!!

    Hi again,
I've fixed the afore-mentioned fuse problem. I'm back with another problem after getting to sell this POS Chinese junk, never again.
Now the problem, with ignition turned on/ engine not running the turn signals work properly, when engine is running and turn signal activated, the brake lights along with the turn signal lights( front/ rear blink all blink in unison. WTF, one thing after another.
Anyone else encounter this? Did I ground out something fiddling around looking for fuse in all the wrong places?
