04-18-2015, 10:48 PMHallo.
I just wanted to show what i have spendt the past year of my sparetime on. It is almost 100% done. Got it cheap back in feburary last year for 152$/140EURO and i might have spended around the double of that amount for the refurbishing.
I am happy about the result, and now i have a cheap good looking bike for my first summer on an MC, starting on MC driving license next month! :)
THe bike is FYM and the model is FY125-3A
EDIT: To bad this forum dosnt scale down the pictures.
and how it looks now.

Knowing the prices in Denmark for everything on wheels, I'd say they did a decent job for a bit of money. If the bike runs as it should, you can not be dissatisfied.

04-23-2015, 10:12 PMThank you.
Yea its expensive in Denmark. I bought a Renault Twingo 1.2 new last year, its a small minicar with no power. If i lived in the US, i could drive a newer super car same price LOL!
The clocks and headlight are the original. I am keeping the clock, thoght its a little big, but it has all its features and works. I am looking for a new headlight that is round instead of squarer.
Originally, it has this shield around the clocks and lamps, but i removed it, since it looks better in my opinion. More ''young'' sporty and street bike alike. See how it was before in this picture.mit-lille-hyggeprojekt-foerste-mc.jpg
And then now, didnt have any proper front pictures yet, these the best i could find.

Also i orderd new tires so i can change the old bad chinese tires that it has on it. New tyres is Continental COntigo, anyone have experince with it?

There is likely a real nice set of round meters and a headlight buried in Taobao.

Fork boots would be a nice detail.
