    Hi
Iv'e bought a new carb - PZ30 with the acc pump, But I can seem to find a base point for what jets this should have for a CG150 clone.
The local mechanic said its fine for 150-250cc but I doubt that without re jetting.
I can't find anything on the net for CG150 Clone as far as jet sizws go - I've not tried the carb as I think it will be a waste of time till I get some jet sizes to begin with.
    Main 10? I can't read it correctly
    Slow jet 35
C clip is second from the bottom.
    Advise greatly appreciated.

I live in Chengdu China and theres a pretty big bike parts market locally

I think that PZ30 is kinda overkill for 150 cc. I think that low and low-mid revs on that displacement will not be so "convincing" and response will be slower comparing to, let's say, generic PZ26 carbie (smaller diameter throttle, that is) on 125-150 cc engines.

Nevertheless, if you want to fine tune that PZ30, it will be handy to have whole set of different size jets, both idle and main, because who knows which set-up will do job (or which will you prefer) on your bike. Handful of jets is cheap even in Chinese online shops, so I presume that you could find them in Chengdu even cheaper.
Ask me nothing - I DO NOT speak english. Really...

The main jet cant be #10 perhaps it is #100 badly marked. The 30mm carb will run on a 150 but as zorge says the low and mid response will probably be worse than stock. As it is so easy to install just put it on the bike and see what happens then jet it from there.

Lots of good dyno roads around Chengdu, I think maybe you are already in the Chengdu bike group on wechat?

Start with the jets that are in it . It cant be so lean it will cause any damage.
Edit: Putting a 30mm carb on a 26mm hole is going to leave a 2mm step in the inlet port and this step will disrupt the airflow, so the potential benefits are not going to show up until you blend out the step and make a nice smooth inlet.
