pulse adrenaline 125 bogging out at 8000 rpm

hi, i have fitted a new lextek oval s/steel exhaust, air filter, egr blank and jets size 105 bike is running better but when i get to around 8000 rpm it jus bogs out as if it needs more fuel i never need to fiddle with the air,fuel mixture screw as it seemed fine anyone any ideas? thanks
