Yesterday, i was driving on highway( about 30km trip), as i started to go out higway, sudently when i downshift to 3rd from 4 gear, Bike start to responding, luckly i was at end of highway.
I Heard one klicking noise coming from engine, i just let the bike go in neutral, until it was to stop. Call assistence and tow truck took bike to my garage.
Today i was in a hurry to see whats going on.
    And What i found.... :(

I dont know why it happened, but i could guess...I pushed engine a bit, i assume.

I'm now woundering how i wil solve it.
I have technical and pratice, since i'm studying to be motorcycle mechanical. Last month i have opened more than 10 engines. LOL (So at least i wil not pay to someone repair)
Now i have do figure it out what its the cheapest way to solve it since im jobless at moment.

Far as i know, i need(need to open all engine to confirm ):
    Head(that one has no repair)
    Valves
    Piston/rings
Cylinder(since wil change piston, better do to) But mine looking good.

This week i wil confirm if gear box was not affected buy piston pieces, or valves remains.

So i'm open to sugestions, starting from rebuild, or just engine swaping(like Gn250 swap)

Hey Etiko, did you manage to "close" any of 10 bikes you "opened" recently?

If you ask me, if everything else is OK, cheapest solution will be new piston set and head assembly. If cylinder is damaged, you can bore it out to fit overhaul piston, half a millimeter or a millimeter larger in diameter.

Humanbeing can certainly give you good advice on the choice of a suitable pistons and head assemblies.
Ask me nothing - I DO NOT speak english. Really...

I guess its almost easy as "change" engine, but i have my doubts ..

Shop it in ur local breaker as possible...
Those seller above are from a town http://www.motorfans.com.cn/bbs/view...p?tid=17658840 that specialize in this trade. Most of their goods are bid from police http://www.motorfans.com.cn/bbs/view...p?tid=17810595. Most impound yard's (unregistered ...) bike is in good condition BUT if it's from a govt fleet http://www.motorfans.com.cn/bbs/view...=434490&page=1 ...)

i wil try to find out if in portugal there is a good deal, on used parts... or motor.
Since i will pay too much shipping from china to here... :(
The only thing that worth buy on china+shipping, its bigbore kit, since here in portugal the prices are madness...It rounds about 300€ (Cylinder + piston). :O
And big bore kit that you recomend its about 30€ plus shipping, total about 70€ +-.
If there a way to pay less on shipping, i'd buy everything new from taobao... But agents cost too much... :(
