It is a keeway, from my friend.
Is this rattle normal? In this jianshe i have now it is too, but not do loud.

My lil' tiller has the same kind of fixing front sprocket and there is some slack between the sprocket and axle, namely, the sprocket is not firmly fixed, and also tolerance between these details might certainly be narrower, but what is most importantly, thing works without any wear.
Also, if the source of the sound is not shaft and sprocket, it is likely that it comes from unevenly stretched chain and unevenly worn sprockets.Ask me nothing - I DO NOT speak english. Really...

06-07-2015, 02:50 PMIt was propably what you said plus uneven stretched chain (at the begining set to tight).
Without the chain the shaft +sprocket doesn't makes that sound.
