Can you tell me how could I know if my chain is with O-rings or not?any picture or any way of identifiying a O-ring chain?Thanks...
P.S.: I'm asking this because I discovered that it depends on that which chain lubricant should I buy.

You can actually see the "O" rings themselves between the side plates. If you slip a thin blade between the side plates you'll feel something "soft":

Can you see the difference between O-ring and X-ring chains?

It's just the cross section of the seal. The "O" ring is doughnut shaped and circular cross section, and the "X" ring is cruciform cross section. You can possibly tell by a close look when the chain is new, but once it's dirty I doubt it.
