Shineray 400 adventure initial impression

Hey gents.
Bought a shineray x 400 and today I did an oil and filter change and went for a wee run.
Firstly oil filter is a re-usable mesh type filter and both filter and housing had copius amounts of metal shavings and black gritty crap round them.
I replaced the oe filter with a paper type for an xr 400 and fits perfectly.
So riding the wee girl.
Am pleasantly surprised by it tbh.
No ball of fire but enough grunt.
No vibes to speak of but am still running it in so not caning it.

Welcome onboard the MCM forum. If you're ever needing to find any information about your bike or similar there's a search engine near the top right of MC. Other times it's better to use Goog.le adding 'mychinamoto' to the search -often times providing better results.

It'll be interesting to see how you progress moving forward with your X5.
