    Hello All!

Starting my job next week and looking forward to do some serious offroading in my off time.
Stepping down from a KTM300exc 2stroke with 60hp++ what bike should i choose?
    Thinking of shineray 400.
    Any 2 stroke bikes??
Appreciate some input from you guys.
    Thanks Rick

Welcome aboard the MCM forum. If you're ever needing to find any information about a specific bike or similar there's a search engine near the top right of MC. Other times it's better to use Goog.le adding 'mychinamoto' to the search - which often times provides better results.

In regards to your question, there's a lot to know about the middle kingdo0m - a lot of which is contained within the MCM forum. Two strokes are essentially difficult to come by. Likely the only ones you might find are ones already used and hopefully legal (but don't count on it). A quick tip - just because a bike has a plate doesn't mean the bike is registered with the authorities legally, if it's not plated legally with a current up-to-date inspection, then one can't obtain insurance which is compulsory. Copied and fake plates abound. Photoshop (PS) is the locals best 'friend' aside from mobile phones and we-chat/QQ.

There aren't a lot of legal options in the dual sport/enduro category in PRC, so the Shineray might be your thing or maybe a Jialing? - my advice FWIW do your due diligence, search MCM and online for the various reviews and other MC riders/owners experiences with XXXXX brand/model legally available/obtainable in PRC.
