07-19-2015, 11:49 PMHey, so found myself a cheap poorly painted and primered superlight with some issues.
only had the bike two days but its definatly coming along nicely for a very first project.
So far fixed out a few electrical issues it had with lighting, removed a god awful alarm and got the bike actually running nicely. clutch cable was a generic one that didn't fit which will be changed, ordered new rear tail light, headlight, clocks.
handlebard have a weird little kink in them which ill be getting some new slightly wider ones, aswell as new clutch/break levers, redone brakes front and back. and im now in the middle of getting things painted up on it.
Just thought id share the process of doing it.
Day I bought the bike - http://imgur.com/a/DA3wm
two days later with a little clean and some things fixed - http://imgur.com/a/7aiDv
all in all its going pretty well bike is great to work on and is a lot bigger than I thought it would be and bargain I got the bike for £275 in the end with two locks and some extra goodies thrown in.
