I would just try to find the correct switch.

This one is for a CA250 and has four wires.

Since the CA250 is an Asian version then you can reference parts diagrams used in AU.

I think that having the correct ignition switch would work out, it seems like it has two black wires and one green and one red. You should be able to reuse the plug connector. I guess you may have an AC system and bet that when it is all hooked up your headlight stays on when the bike is not running. The DC would cut it off and the AC leaves it connected, could also explain a larger battery, not sure though, good luck.

here is the way to buy parts off Taobao, you need a third party to do it.

Thank YOU ALL. Got it up and running thanks to the wiring Diagrams. Seems the problem I had AFTER I got the ignition switch wired in properly, has 2 green (ground) wires from harness to switch did not go to actual ground on frame. Once I put a jumper on them to direct ground, the switch worked fine. So does the red kill switch. Both shut off the bike. Now my only issue left is that when the headlight handle bar switch (3 positions- Off / Park/ On) is in the OFF position, the headlight is on. Any ideas?
