Tomb Sweeping Holiday ride

We had a nice short 3 day holiday ride. We started out from Shunyi, and ride to Shi Du. There is a mountain past the 10th Du where we ride, then camp out on the summit. It's a rough ride up and this year there were lots of landslides that had to be dealt with. One we had to lift the bikes over. And you have to be careful as it's at least 1000 feet straight down over the side if you place a wheel wrong. The next day we rode to a military section of tghe Great Wall where we could camp right on the wall. The weather cooperated all weekend. Sabine couldn't make it, so there's no video this time, just some pictures.
