Race Box muffler

Hi all , just a few words and photos of the new 'RaceBox' muffler I made up in our workshop after work for a couple of weeks , this is a direct bolt up to my CF650nk replacing the horrible standard strangling cat and muffler , terrible set up !! , any way its on and I did about 300km last week to test it and pulled it off yesterday to paint it HT black , baking it in the oven at home for 1 hour at 200 degrees and the bike really likes it , much free'er reving and gone is that horrible 'Snatchiness' at 2-3000 rpm around town .

Not to mention the sound it sounds like a healthy 650 should , not a bloody sewing machine !! .

Oh yes it cost me $45 , the cost of the polished Stainless steel exhaust tip , not to bad .

Don't care what the neighbours say , Zorge they are a good 50 metres away over a high fence , and yea ShuBen they argue LOUDLY !! 2 - 3 times a week at night when we try and sleep ,,,,,
But it aint to loud on idle and take off , its only when I gun it does it roark up , nice sound ! ...
