"Innocenti", Italian company that produced (among other things) iconic "Lambretta" scooters. But "Lambretta" era is over loooong time ago.

Literally yesterday I found out that "Innocenti" (according to their site - http://www.innocentimoto.net/home.html) is "making" scooters since 2010. Well, it is obvious that those scooters are not made in Milan, but in China.

On their website, about their range, they say "Uno stile tutto italiano", and somehow I believe them - looking at their "periodic table" (they named their scooters by chemical elements) I see "Piaggio's" scooters - "Liberty", "Beverly", X8/X9 and even "Malaguti's Centro".

Note the "serious" color options - only black-and-white or black-and-gray.

Perhaps because of that, simple sticker with Italian tricolor looks so fresh and cool.

I like to believe that I have keen eye for low-end things. I noticed that basic "Facile", fitted with engine based on "Honda" PC 50 design, previously sold in Italy as "HP Power Facile" (as well as a whole current "Innocenti" range) was equiped with extra feature that i like - forced air cooling, fan and shroud on the left side of the engine.

I suppose it would be impossible to claim any rights to the use of the word facile. This is the first instance I have come across of a design copy that also uses the original manufactures model name.

There are different images of the 50cc engine configuration…

One Type, likely the first generation.

Second Type, likely the current version of the Honda.
