The Chinese Haojue Racing Team, active in 125cc GP series

I stumbled across the team just because my fellow countryman Michi Ranseder is riding for them

    Andy,

That's great news! I was hoping some info would appear on them as it would be fun to watch for a haojue bike in a MotoGP line-up. Do you know if they are using their own bike (with the upside down engine) or some other manufacturer?

It's not MotoGP, but "only" 125cc. However, kind of interesting and almost un-observed how they made it into the series.

I e-mailed the Austrian rider, asking for more info about the team - waiting for an answer, I'll keep you updated as soon as get something.

interesting, that looks to me like a 2 stroke.

Are they producing 2 stroke engines in China?

I think it is a 2 stroke "upside down" engine. Can someone enlighten me about this upside down thing?

Husaberg have also made an engine they call it "upside down" - but it's a 4 stroke 450 cc.

I thought the Husaberg new engine was just a slant engine/barrell so to speak with the bigend sitting up higher?
