    Does someone have any experience in modificating with an oxy-acetylene torch?
    Which tip do you use for example with the chasis,front forks,have you ever repaired an exhaust muffler ,any advices?

    Honest truth...Buy a small 110 mig welder.I used to have to use a gas torch to weld exhaust and it real sucks to do.
    I think I just paid 140$ canadian for my new mig welder ( so like 55$ US )

    kens is right there, torch welding is a pain in the butt.

    If you do electric arc welding on a vehicle be extremely careful with electric and electronic stuff installed. Disconnect both sides of the battery and unplug or remove sensitve electric or electronic items.

    Needless to say that for all welding the fuel system is a potential source for disaster

    You mean that it takes so much time to do anything? or that you just can't get a good weld,smooth ....
