    Hello.

Thank you very much again, I have few more questions.

Is this the right what Ive put on the picture?

    $_57.jpg

And If I will need a reducer, is it something like this, I just need to find the right size?

    http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/MOTORCYCLE...YAAOxy69JTGH7d

What if the muffler inlet is smaller than the pipe, you obviously wont be able to fit it right, then you need a connecting pipe?

If the muffler inlet is bigger than the pipe, you just use 1 reducer? or you can use couple of reducers?

And a stupid question, whats a gasket and what does it look like. Do I need a gasket with this muffler or I already have one?

Yeah, you have understood it right. Very good! Remember that those things are very simple and common sense and creativity can take you far, and of course you have to have hand skills, but those you can develop when you get experience working with iron.

A gasket is like a seal, it makes the connections so very tight that no leakage happens through. I haven't had in my bikes gaskets in lateral exhaust. The pipes has slid so deep and been so tighly tightened that no fumes has came out of other places except from where they are supposed to go out, and what is the easiest route from them to go out.

That your muffler seems to be iron, so it is easy to work with. You should consider opening your muffler and modding what is inside of it to get better gas flow and sounds. Maybe there are youtube videos or other articles to give you an idea what to do with the interiors of your muffler, which are again simple constructs, but a welding machine is a must.

I dont want to play around with my muffler, I will just get the lextek.

And I have a little problem with my current exhaust, it started just today, when I rev the bike and then let go, the exhausts does like 2 or 3 cracks/pops, should I leave it like that or it may do something wrong to the bike?

In theory you could use reducers to either of the tubes, onto that coming from the engine and onto that going into the muffler.

    Important things are

    1) don't restrict or block the flow of exhaust gasses

    2) Attach your muffler securely, so that it does not drop away when you drive.

I think that if your exhaust cracks and pops when you rev down, then the engine might get too much fuel, which does not burn inside the engine but rather in the exhaust tube. Not sure though.

I will check your theory about the fuel, and is it harmful to the bike or nothing to worry about?

Well at least it increases fuel consumption.

I just saw that theres a little hole in the muffler on the bottom and Im thinking if I should keep riding the bike or not.

Is it possible that the muffler cracked, or some mufflers might have a hole there?

You could try to see if some exhaust gases are coming out of it If nothing comes out of it, it should not matter.

    Hello.

Will these indicators work if I connect the wires to the Bullet Connectors?

Like in the video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KPhzMGu-jCU

    Will surely work.

(Though, there is no link to the indicators. LED indicators will not work properly.)
