11-23-2015, 11:00 AMSeveral months ago my distant relative passed away. He was over 80 and died peacefully, I didnt really know him so didnt think much of it.
Turns out he was a motorcycles man....actually a one motorcycle man. He had his beloved bike since he was a bachelor 60 few years ago and he rode it only on occasions. The bike spend most of the time in the garage being nice and shiny. Since it was such an important thing for him his kids wanted it to stay in the family but none of his kids ride so this way I acquired a very beautiful Pannonia TLF 250 with all original parts. Bike starts with first kick :) I didnt see it yet as I am in China now but cant wait to go back home now.
Im so excited.
I dont have pictures of my bike yet but here are few pics of that model from the net.
Mine is black with black seat

I never heard of them till now, here is a link with some history of the Hungarian Manufacturer.

There was a White Motors in the USA that was really very big manufacturer, the importer of these was able to use that their brand name because it’s actually the name of the man that imported them.Last edited by MJH; 11-24-2015 at 02:19 PM.

Congratulations! I have heard of Pannonia before, though, I don't have any stories and such to tell about it. However, the Pannonia above looks like very interesting and thought out model.

11-25-2015, 02:08 PMThese pannonias were popular in Poland during the socialism era. They were the "nice bikes" as everyone was riding WSK125 (pic below)
I remember growing up seeing people riding pannonias with pride.

11-25-2015, 07:25 PMModron, You are from Poland too?
The wsk in the pic is the ugliest polish bike i ever seen. I had another model, the wsk M-150, it was better Design. You can also search for wsk dudek (the polish chopper).
