    I friend asked me if i could search for a tunnig kit for the head of his Jianshe 125 Cross.

    Taiwanese is the guru for these mod (they had strict law can't swap engine...)

    Hi mate

    CG150 ZS162FMJ to 200cc big bore kit, seems if you for a standard barrel and piston from the 200cc you loose compression due to lack of stroke?
    Is there a kit or piston that compensates for this? Does 125cc head Have enough combustion chamber surface area?
    What's the best way to really get more cc and power?
    Chinese mechanics told me little to no gain due to lower compression as the stroke is also a little shorter

    That mechanic tells the truth... Most CG200 is 63.5...
    Another bigger or "CB" (rev more freely) engine is less hassle
    If still wants the modding, try 1 of these
    125 head jammed to 150 c/r ~10.?:1 | 65.5 kit | 200 barrel & crank

    Poor man higher c/r mod [Ultra-thin metal lower gasket (下垫) / no gasket (gasket maker ONLY)...] heard from some chinese forum
