This maybe a stupid question in the eyes of some members but does anyone have any knowledge of people hooning or racing around these empty cities? Are they interesting to explore?

'Ghost cities' is a media term, and deliberately misleading. It conjures the idea that there are cities of apartment blocks where nobody lives. The truth is that these are simply low occupancy apartment blocks of the edge of cities like Beijing and Tianjin, obviously many of the apartments have been bought as investments, however some people live in them, maybe 10-30% depending on the area, and they will all have local police and security. I doubt you'll be hooning through anywhere much, better off hoonng in the mountains in the spring.
