Some interesting new bikes from SSR--look good, and seem to be competing for Cleveland Cycle Werks customers, and one competing against the Grom and when they come to the US, the Zongshen Rapido...

I do not like the seat at all, it looks really uncomfortable.

These are better, at least you would have some ability to get comfortable on the seat, the tires are actually too fat.

IMO, you can always fit some reel beefy, comfy bicycle seat. At least, it is easy to find such seat in the US (for example, those "Schwinn" branded, wide, hornless seats).

Or you could weld on some steel tubes for support of a full seat.

This is single-seater. Every "appendix" will kill its... visage.

But even if someone wants seat extra, I don't think that welding machine is necessary. Remember those Vietnamese "Honda Solo" clones, "Solowins", if I'm not mistaken? Remember how they solved this problem with omitted passenger seat?

I would make some other changes as well, the lights, mirrors and fenders, to me it looks unmarketable or less marketable. I actually hate the pin strips and the saddle seat. There is a trend towards these rough style designs, the old school stuff they did is at odds with other elements.

Kill the Visage, yes exactly, also kill the naming conventions that come out of that network as well. “Snake Eyes” so queer and contrived. I’d rather they call them Model one or model A…if people want to customize so be it and name their creations fine, but selling that is rubbish, its hokey and actually will repel some, so why do it.

The Solo does not need anything, it’s basically a motorized bicycle without pedals and a great design.
