I wonder if they will try for CARB, or will it be 'Californians need not apply'? It would be silly not to try for California, unless that is what made their XF250 enduros so expensive?! Those enduros have a lot of quality in them, but they are $3k with the lowest price I have seen is $2,800. The Snake Eyes is made by Pioneer who is affiliated with Qingqi, who make the SSR enduro, and Qingqi is also the source for Cleveland Cycle Werk's lineup. I remember when CCW was using Lifan as their original engine's OEM, but according to the EPA/DOT list, Qingqi is their OEM for their whole bike. Pioneer is technically a different company, but is a subsidiary of Qingqi in some way, so it is probably the technicality as to why Qingqi can supply CCW bikes and SSR's bobber...
