#11 Re: How does Ssr lazer 5 moped vaccum lines connect03-23-2016, 06:05 PM
I could not find now some pictures, but there is some contraption that involves thin pipe that comes out of the head, some manifold outlet, few hoses...
Ask me nothing - I DO NOT speak english. Really...

yeah images have to be on the web to upload, your pc does not have a URL, like image shack or photobucket etc. The location of the image file has to be http://....not C:...
The site software sees http://location on web it does not see C: location on your puter.

OK.
I'm taking a guess: this alloy thing on the pic No.2, with three hoses is some vacuum valve. Thin hose goes to the ioutlet on the intake manifold, one of the thicker hoses goes on the pipe we see on the pic No.1, and the other goes to the single remaining outlet we see on the pic No.3.
And again, I don't see how this contraption do some real job in decreasing pollution emissions, and the most definitely, engine will run good even without it.Ask me nothing - I DO NOT speak english. Really...

C70 cylinder (or any other Chinese 47 mm diameter cylinder for horizontals) - yes.
C70 stock 47mm piston together with stock Lazer's 50cc head - no. I told you why - http://www.mychinamoto.com/forums/sh...ll=1#post80583
So, if you ask me, cheapest solution will be to fit, for example, this piston set - http://www.ebay.com/itm/GY6-50-80cc-...yF__XQ&vxp=mtr ("in breve" - flat head, 13 mm pin, skirt shorter than on a standard 47mm piston for horizontals), and standard 47mm cylinder for horizontals, such is this one - http://www.ebay.com/itm/Cylinder-Bar...sAAOSwEetWAl1X.
There is also "Plan B" for a cylinder: take your stock 39 mm diameter cylinder together with the 47 mm piston you bought and go to machine shop. They can bore out old cylinder and do some decent honing, so new piston can fit perfectly.Ask me nothing - I DO NOT speak english. Really...
