The 253FMM engine was running in a large number of China-choppers. They are no longer sold here and also spare parts are very difficult to obtain. The 253FMM engine is a Honda construction and was used in the Honda CMX250 Rebel.

During the 1980th, in the US edition of CMX250 was built in a camshaft that enabled the engine to 20kW power, (about 27 hp). But later on, the power was limited to 13kW by a tame camshaft. The 20kW camshaft had been built in for only two years and exclusively for the US-market. In Europe it was never available and for the US-Market it is not produced any more. On the European market only machines with the tame 13kw camshaft were offered. It was sold until 2001. No other means had been used to reduce the power from 20 to 13 kW.

The 253FMM engine has the CMX250 engine with 224cc and two cylinders. With an output range from 10 to 14 kW its performance has much resources to get improved. My question is, if anybody knows if on the huge Chinese market the 20kW camshaft is offered. Or are there blanks that can be modified?

This seems to be one of the „sharp“ camshafts from 1985 and 1986:

Some technical information is given below in same link:

This is a cam shaft removed from a running
    1985 Honda Rebel 250
low mileage on engine odometer shows 23,037 miles.
    Sprocket cam- 38T
    Intake lobes measures- 1.081
    Exhaust lobes measure 1.074
    Bearing Journals measure- 0.786

Opening the six links given further below, you realize that you cannot order them as original parts any more.

Honda Rebel and its Chinese clones are popular and much driven motorcycles…..

    !!!!

    ……

(PS: The fuel sensor via taobao is working well, Thanks again for your precious hint)
