Motrac seems to have a model in development that also has a 400cc twin.

To be honest it's probably just a fully LC version of the old Honda CB twin

I think so too, here are the specs for the 399cc engine.

    Roughly about 36hp @7600 RPM.
The 320cc version of the CMX has a Bore and Stroke of 62 * 53 and with about 17kw (23hp)
The original CMX250 Honda had a square engine, with a 53*53 being a 1:1 bore stroke ratio.

Here is the left side of the cases of the two for comparison, the 320cc Lifeng engine on the left and the 399cc Motracs engine on the right.

The engines have close to the same limits on RPM's, the 320cc maxes out at 7500 for both Torque and Horsepower, where the 399cc max Torque is at 5500 rpm and hp is at 7600 rpm.

I believe that Benda is actually Chanlin, which at one time had a JV with Suzuki.

They have a new model call the Box300, a 299cc twin.
