My name is Matt and i ride a Shineray XY250GY-2 mx.
I grew up on bikes i started with a Honda QR50 when i was 6 years old then progressed onto a Honda Cr80 Then honda Cr125 in my teens. Ive had bikes here and there after that like a 1999 Ktm 250 and kx 250 and heaps of pit bikes.
Now i got the Shineray ive seen the light. I will be doing alot of work to her to get her up to scratch and will be putting her on the dyno aswell before and after mods. Hope i didnt bore yous but i introduced myself.

Hi and welcome to MCM .
Shineray have come along way over the last few years and now are not bad bikes IMO and it's nice to see new people on MCM with a interest and passion with there bike.
A lot off people will be interested on the work you hope to do on your bike in the furture.

So please post more when you get round to it.

Cheers mate, ive already done a pro taper handle bar up grade will post the installation later with mods to get them to fit.

Good Stuff! Welcome to MCM

I just picked up the same bike in really bad condition. It is going to be the bike I learn on. As in learn how to fix... Not sure how long it will take me but I just rented a garage so this thing can be my winter project. I might shoot you a few messages about your mods and what not if you do not mind. (Later that is)
