    Hello all,

I've got a Sukida Patriot on which I recently-ish had a low speed accident. Was slowing to turn into a car park and the front wheel locked up for whatever reason.

Anyway I thought there was no harm done and that was that, everything seemed to run fine. Electrics all work. Left it under cover for about a month because it's really cold here and tried to start it today and what would you know? Darn thing won't go.

It's trying it's best to start, it's right on the brink of starting but just doesn't go. Kick-start doesn't fair any better.

Any suggestions on where to start looking for faults? I'd guess spark plug/lead then maybe throttle cable because that seems looser than I remember. But other than that I'm stumped. Was hoping to get back out now the weathers nicer.

    Thanks,
    Titan.

Did u check there's proper fuel to the carb? These day's gasohol may traps water inside the tank...

unscrew also the sparkplug, put it with the electrode to metal and check by kickstart (or if your can use starter) whether u get a spark.
I would do it after several times kicking because then you might smell whether gasoline i going into the combustion chamber.
... and yes, water might be an issue too.

How would I go about doing that? That sounds a bit beyond my current expertise.

The carb should have a small drain plug underneath. Open it until liquid comes out. After being sure its fuel close it again.
