Ordered new cylinder, piston, and rings for a 200 cc chinese engine Lifan look a like.
Checked ring gap, .059 way too big should be around .008 or less. I'm sure i will never
find the right size, who is a ring maker? Or what wood you do?

    I ordered a X-Pro 63.5 cylinder, piston, pin,gasket ring kit for 200cc air cooled atv/ dirt bike.
From Motopartsmax.com. This is a complete set not a mix and match. Model number from there site is
304-999056. Should be right, not. What should i do?

Stolen from XR200R (63.5*62.2) shop manual

Something wrong in there. Measure diameter... http://img.tradekey.com/images/uploa...a68c20d23d.pdf of piston / rings... Are there any logo/ markings? Picture the close ups, we can tell it's from OK brand or NOT...

cylinder and piston fit is fine. Right at 63.5 mm. bore. First and second rings are marked S-DJ.
Oil rings will almost fall through the bore.

Old sckool bike mechanic in southern China prefers JCC (a Taiwanese brand that had factory in Fujian) piston
http://www.ztjg.com (The trademark that looks something as "N Y") also a big player in OEM industry...
