Looks like good fun holmes! How'd you work the pics? Is it tripod magic or a lovely assistant?

I'll check into the valve clearances in a bit but am now just basking in the miracle of actually having received the bike!

    Great report, interesting.........

My first bike was a '91 (maybe '90, I'm getting old) Suzuki DR250s with the kickstart as the electric start wasn't available for a few more model years. I don't know if Qingqi has plans to bring this bike to the US, or if Qlink will pick it up, but I would be very curious as to how it compares to my old bike. Looks great, and the photos are great, too. Congrats, again!!

the official "trademark" site can almost find ANY product that already registered in China. After found out who owns the trademark from the db, the "google"/ "baidu" part is quite easy.

These scans are from the 2009 QingQi brochure, not sure if there is an online pdf of the entire thing or not

Didn't notice it at first, but I think I recognise the guy in the background picture CC... did you have something to do with that?

Thanks for the report, I just bought the QM200GY today, not the motard version, so I will ride that until next summer and then hopefully pick one of these bad boys up for my around town riding.

    Cheers,
    RR
