  1. #1 My Zongshen has revving and overheating issues
My zongshen 200 sierra is having revving problems. after I have been on the bike for like 10 minutes the Bike starts overheating. When i'm in idle, and not giving the bike any throttle it starts revving on its own. I think its either the cooling system is clogged(oil cooling) or their is something wrong with the carburetor.

If you have any suggestions please respond.

I bet related to intake side ... That black thingy is HARD plastic (which may cracks & suck extra air) according to chinariders.net. SpudRider changes it to genuine Yamaha...

Better consult TW200 forums/ chinariders.net for 2nd opinion. This forum isn't that popular to get their hand dirty (The majority is expats living in China...)

I have this bike, still a fair amount of parts for sale, remove choke cable and fit plunger only - the cable gets sticky
Over heating how do you actually know it is?
