nothing special at it, its basic Generic type of Horizontal "monkey type engine".

valve clearences among them are offically intake side 0,05mm and Exh side 0,06mm. some manuals state too tiny Clearences being 0,04mm each. Some people run these engines with tight 0,08mm exh and 0,06mm Intake.

get your self a free from web W.S.M for "Sachs MadAss" 49cc moped with "Monkey Type" engine. it Covers all you ever need. some additional ATV specific FREE from web W.S.M's also exist (for example PDf named: Crossrunner-110cc-Youth-Y12-Utility-ATV-Service-Manual.pdf )

specify more accurately the ATV name and model of yours (even if Nationally Re-branded) , us Finn's anyway anyhow do not have more than 4~6 Brands among Chinese ATV's here....

photo(s) are MUST SEE, as these engines varie so much, are build like Lego Blocks..........from all sorts.....

if you have NO symbol/letter/markings in front of "154FMi" , then the engine is a Clone of a Clone, no well know manufac.

    Thanks for the reply.
Brand of the ATV is Upbeat ATV (ATV110-9).

Produced by: Yongkang Upbeat Industry and Trace Col.ltd.

About the engine, under 154FMI marking there is Engine number. To left from those marking is 1508JF.
    I guess it's clone of clone X)

I will check the Sachs Madass info when i get back home.

"JF" at the front of 154 points into Manufac name. you may try and google JF using different code combos like JF154FMI or JF139FMB etc known engine types, then just ID specifying it Via "JF".

that Brand is id say a Newcomer into Finnish national market. i havent heard about it ever before.

    if its this1: http://www.chinaupbeat.com/110cc-atv-8-detail.htm

looks very much same as many Keeway 107cc atv's, and osme Apollo's. that in mind, Keeway parts like fairings etc are usable easy to Source Fi internally. 2nd bonus is that both Keeway and Apollo have good/ok'ish PDF literatury..

very good Keeway dealer in Ylihärmä....
    http://www.mc-scatter.com/images/web...V%20Vihree.jpg

so plenty of spares available, proper PDF's wiring digarams etc available.

Only spares that are "Tricky" as usual, are all Bushings, because all China oem bushings Suck as usual. only Proper option is to Custom make better Bushings on a Lathe, cheap to produce at various ammattikouluissa.....

Sachs madAss PDF file name at web is: madass_service_manual_Tomberlin_Oct_2006.pdf

^^ it doesnt have Automatic Clutch or a SemiAutomatic , hence if you want Automatich clutch files, look from Keeway/Apollo etc or them some generic ones, or earlyer mentioned-named "Crossrunner-110cc..." PDF.

as any china made atv or pitbike, if you want to make it Better, start from "Sealing" all ignition and reg-rec connector blocks, at least.

some kids china ATV's have cdi in a worst possible place near rear tire, Hence PinOut gets wet and filthy etc issues....same for reg-rec.....and Ignition switch bottom....
