    Hey guys,

    Frequent lurker, first time poster.

Thinking about getting this pretty, little thing from Taobao. However I am a little dubious of the top speed stated. Two contradictory pieces of info on the same page, 90 and 125 kmph. 90 seems a lot more probable for a 150cc, right?

If anyone thinks the bike is probably rubbish or doesn't go nearly that fast (want to cruise at about 90) are there any similarly styled bikes you could recommend?

    Cheers

    Hi and welcome to MCM
Nice to see new members, please don't expect too much from this lovely new CHEAP Chinese made bike.
I am sure you will have some great ride out and about around China, to which we hope to read here on MCM.
First thing, you need to check all the nuts and bolts on the bike to make sure.

    1. There have been fitted.
    2. There are ALL done up tight
    3. Check the oil to see if there is some? and has the correct amount, run the bike for 100 km and then change the oil to a recognised brand.
    4. You will have a problem with the chain in about 2000 km, but until then keep it well lubed up.
    5. Be careful for the first 400 km as the brakes will need to be bedded correctly.

Don't worry yourself about what you read about the top speed 100/110/120/125kmh?
Just ask yourself would you be wanting to travel at that speed here in China on that bike?
So have a great time, ride safe and try and keep the rubber down.

Cheers chaps. Wasn't expecting a reply to be honest haha. My mate just bought one. Lovely little bike with a pretty big tank. Might be getting one myself.
