I was lucky as I managed to leap and run the last bit and not to trip up! Bike and I are fine!

Found the factory that made my bike - they don't sell parts and no longer have any dealer network or sell bikes in China
I was told to go back to whom I bought the bike from to ask where a dealer was
Totally hopeless Chinese BS hit

that is always the case unless you want to buy a container of bikes then they smarten up.
