I am looking for a place to purchase this part. Does anyone know where I can get this part and would the vendor be willing to ship the USA?

I'd suggest Taobao which is a huge China based website that sells everything (almost everything) similar but dissimilar to eBay. One needs Chinese language skills or familiarity with the same to navigate, find and buy, however there are agents that handle finding/sourcing items from Taobao and shipping internationally. Fees are modest really and maybe worth it to you to find the part you want. One such Taobao agent, is Taobaofocus - but there are others. FWIW, I've no affiliation to Taobaofocus.

Taobao has changed a little in the last few years so much so that for those web-hunters outside the middle kingdom it's harder to use Taobao.

Here's a search link on Taobao for the engine bars, but as you will likely find when you click on any of the items for sale, you'll be taken to the homepage for the item but are then required to login to Taobao. If you don't have a Taobao account, then you'll need an intermediary/agent to facilitate.

Prices for the Zongshen YG250X crash bars seem to range from CNY220-500.

IMHO I'd not opt to go to the cheap end of the product range as there's going to be a cost saving somewhere (likely to be thin tubing that'll probably bend if one was to sneeze at it)... just saying

Google search photos which one can see/view the Chinese characters used for the bike brand etc. There maybe some links on a photo to someplace that might be helpful...
