Hi all, I'm new to the forum so bear with me.

I have a 2011 Superbyke RSR, same as the Sinnis Stealth with the K157FMI Engine.

I bought the bike in November and it's been running fine up until around 3-4 weeks ago where it cut out and wouldn't start again. Since then I have been pulling my hair out trying to get it to behave.

The following is a list of what has been replaced and checked:

    1. Spark Plug (Tried 3 x Plugs)
    2. Coil
    3. Carburettor
    4. CDI Unit (Twice)
    5. Regulator
    6. Stator (Twice)
    7. Valve Clearances set to 0.089 In, 0.127 Out
    8. Engine timing marks line up perfectly (Crank and Cam)
    9. Fuel (Drained and Refreshed)
    10. Compression test done and reading approx 150psi
    11. Air filter checked, cleaned and re-oiled.

Sometimes it will fire but won't run, sometimes it will run but when you open the throttle even slightly it dies. Carb settings have been played with in all directions, richening, leaning etc but to no avail.

Any guidance would be gratefully appreciated.

Battery when fully charged reads 12.4V, when bike does run its charging at 13.5V
