#1 Baja 250 cc Mechanical failure..any ideas welcome!C-Moto Noob

Hello, I need some advice as to why I can't get my 250 cc Baja to start. The battery says 100% and 3 wks ago it started right up after sitting for sometime. I'm trying to sell it with only 44 miles on it. What the heck can it be?
